Job summary

RLDatix is seeking a Senior Advisor, FP&A to join our Global Finance team. You will lead planning, forecasting, and financial reporting, partnering with senior leaders to translate priorities into actionable budgets and insights.

You will build driver-based financial models connecting headcount, vendor spend, and product profitability to support decision-making and enterprise-wide planning. Strong Excel and SAC experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Traditional FP&A experience with ownership across budgeting, planning, forecasting, month-end processes
• Proven success building driver-based financial models translating headcount, vendor spend, and product profitability into plans
• Expertise in building and maintaining planning models, forecast tools, and scenario analyses in Excel is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Own and improve FP&A processes including planning, forecasting, month-end close, budget management, variance analysis, and reporting
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate priorities into resource planning and actionable insights
• Collaborate with Rewards, People, and Procurement to reflect headcount, merit, vendor spend in budgets and tools
• Build driver-based models linking drivers to decisions and profitability, including product profitability
• Communicate financial insights clearly to senior leaders and create repeatable processes in ambiguous environments
