Job summary

RLDatix, based in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Senior Advisor, FP&A to join the Global Finance team. You will lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and financial reporting, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to improve decision-making.

You will build driver-based models, link planning assumptions to scenarios, and contribute to a scalable profitability engine and vendor allocation framework.

Qualifications

• Traditional FP&A experience with ownership of budgeting, planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proven success building driver-based financial models translating headcount, vendor spend, and product profitability into planning.
• Excel is the mandatory planning tool with capabilities for complex models and scenarios.
• Ability to present financial insights clearly to senior leaders and tailor messages for non-finance audiences.
• Interest in modernizing finance with AI-enabled workflow improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve core FP&A processes including planning, forecasting, month-end closing, budget management, and reporting.
• Act as a finance partner to translate priorities into resource planning and actionable insights for leadership and boards.
• Collaborate with Rewards, People, and Procurement to reflect headcount, merit planning, and vendor spend in budgets.
• Build driver-based models linking drivers, assumptions, and scenarios to inform decisions and product profitability.
• Communicate complex topics simply, creating repeatable processes in ambiguous environments.
