Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Planning for Foundry Operations who will drive demand forecasting, capacity planning, and supply alignment to optimize wafer utilization and ensure supply continuity.

You will partner with Foundry Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and external foundry partners; develop models, track metrics, and prepare executive dashboards to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain wafer demand forecasts and capacity planning models for foundry operations.
• Analyze demand trends and product lifecycle changes to identify capacity needs and potential supply gaps.
• Partner with foundry suppliers to monitor capacity allocation, wafer starts, production constraints, and supply commitments.
• Support monthly/quarterly planning cycles by consolidating demand forecasts, capacity requirements, and supply scenarios.
• Track foundry performance metrics, including forecast accuracy, delivery performance, capacity utilization, and supply risk indicators.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate capacity outlook, risks, and recommended actions.
