Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Massachusetts invites a Senior Analyst, Business Planning – Foundry Operations to drive demand forecasting and capacity planning for semiconductor foundry operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business planning, supply chain, semiconductor operations, capacity planning, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, wafer fabrication, and foundry operations.
• Experience with demand forecasting, supply planning, capacity modeling, and operational analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools; ERP/SAP, JDA planning systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain wafer demand forecasts and capacity planning models for foundry operations.
• Analyze demand trends, product lifecycle changes, and business requirements to identify capacity needs and gaps.
• Partner with foundry suppliers to monitor capacity allocation and production constraints.
• Support monthly/quarterly planning cycles by consolidating forecasts, capacity, and supply scenarios.
• Perform capacity analysis and provide recommendations to optimize wafer allocation and inventory levels.
• Track foundry performance metrics, including forecast accuracy and supply risk indicators.
• Collaborate with Business Units, Product Management, Operations, and Finance to align demand signals.
• Prepare executive reports and dashboards to communicate capacity outlook and risks.
• Support foundry negotiations and strategic planning with data analysis and scenario modeling.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and visibility in planning.
