Job summary

Seal-Tite Basement Waterproofing in Roanoke, VA is seeking an experienced Foundation Repair Technician with heavy equipment operation skills to join our field team. Candidates will perform foundation stabilization, piers installation, and related construction tasks on projects in Roanoke and surrounding areas.

The role requires working outdoors, safely operating skid steers and excavators, transporting equipment, lifting heavy loads, and collaborating with crew to meet safety and quality

Qualifications

1–2+ years of foundation repair experience.
4–5+ years operating heavy equipment.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Ability to tow trailers carrying heavy machinery and supplies.

Responsibilities

Perform foundation repair and stabilization projects.
Install push piers and helicals where needed.
Operate skid steers, mini excavators and other heavy equipment safely.
Transport equipment and materials in company trucks/trailers.
Assist with waterproofing installations and crawl space repairs.
Work with crew to meet safety and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas.
Report equipment issues and safety concerns to management.
