Job summary

Proseal Basement Systems is seeking a reliable Foundation Repair Foreman in Training to support the installation of foundation repair systems that protect the safety and stability of our customers. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who values structure, craftsmanship, and long-term career growth in a construction trade.

Working as a crew of 3, you’ll assist with job site setup, tool and material preparation, and ensure equipment is properly loaded and organized for each project.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor (digging, carrying, lifting, crawling, climbing, kneeling).
• Pre-employment screening includes background check and motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job site setup, tool and material preparation, and ensure equipment is loaded and organized for each project.
• Follow established processes to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment while gaining field experience and training.
• Support advancement through structured training and pathways within the team.
