Summit Line Construction in Heber City, Utah is seeking a Senior Estimator to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for complex foundation projects in the electrical infrastructure field.

You will analyze plans and specs, lead bid preparation, mentor junior estimators, and ensure estimates meet company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 3+ years in construction cost estimating for electrical infrastructure or heavy civil projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Certification such as Certified Professional Estimator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans and propose cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Lead bid preparation and client communications.
• Mentor junior estimators and maintain cost databases.
• Ensure estimates comply with company standards and client expectations.
• Review and analyze historical data to improve future estimates.
• Manage change orders and cost-to-complete estimates.
