Pacific Foundation Services, LLC (PFS) is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join the finance team in San Francisco. The role ensures timely and accurate financial information for client foundations, including budgets, statements, and investment accounting, while supporting audits and tax preparation.
The position is full-time (37.5 hours/week), nonexempt, reporting to the Vice President of Finance, with location in our SF office and occasional travel to Palo Alto.

PFS is looking for an experienced senior accountant to join the PFS team. As an important member of the finance team, the Senior Accountant works to ensure timely and accurate financial information for each client foundation. The Senior Accountant is responsible for client accounting activities, including budgets, financial statements, accounting for investments, and assisting in audit and tax preparation. The position is full-time (37.5 hours per week), nonexempt, and reports to the Vice President of Finance.
Location:
PFS has offices in San Francisco, Palo Alto, and Santa Rosa. This position will be based in the San Francisco office but may require occasional travel to our Palo Alto office.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,000, DOE
