Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Strategist to lead enterprise deployments for an AI automation company. You will align customer strategy, commercial ownership, and delivery from pilot to production at scale.

You will own enterprise relationships, drive outcomes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and identify expansion opportunities while navigating large organizations and managing change.

Qualifications

• Typically 3 to 7 years of experience spanning strategy consulting, enterprise deployment, enterprise sales, go-to-market, business operations, project management, or founding a company.
• Direct experience owning enterprise customer relationships, commercial targets, and complex project delivery.
• A track record of taking deployments from problem definition and business case through pilot, measurable customer outcomes, and production scale.
• Experience navigating large organizations, aligning stakeholders, and driving operational change.
• Enough technical fluency to assess implementation progress and engage with engineering teams on AI systems, without needing to be an engineer.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $170,000 to $225,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, California or New York City, New York. Relocation is required if you are not already based in one of these locations.
