Wintermeyer Ventures is seeking an impact-driven advisor to guide enterprise clients in measuring the business value of AI initiatives. You will connect executive priorities, data insights, and product execution to help customers optimize AI programs.

In this client-facing role, you’ll lead executive steering sessions, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and turn complex data into practical AI strategies that inform product direction.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of strategy consulting with enterprise B2B clients.
• Hands-on SQL experience with large datasets.
• External-facing strategy or product management, including steering committee meetings.
• Experience at an early-stage startup and cross-functional partnering.
• Background in AI strategy and using AI tools beyond basic conversational assistants.
• Willingness to travel ~25% based on client and business needs.
• Current U.S. work authorization as a citizen or Green Card holder.

About the Role

Join an early-stage enterprise AI company helping organizations identify and measure the business value of AI. In this client-facing role, you will connect executive priorities, data insights, and product execution to help customers make informed decisions and improve AI initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Work with senior enterprise executives to understand their strategic goals and operational challenges related to AI.
• Use SQL to analyze and validate customer data, assess data limitations, and develop reliable insights.
• Lead client workstreams and executive steering committee meetings, keeping projects aligned and on track.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to design scalable solutions and translate customer feedback into product improvements.
• Turn complex data and customer needs into practical strategies that inform product direction.

What We're Looking For

• Four to ten years of strategy consulting experience working directly with enterprise B2B clients.
• Hands-on SQL experience analyzing and validating large datasets.
• Experience in external-facing strategy or product management, including leading executive steering committee meetings.
• Experience working at an early-stage startup and partnering with product and engineering teams.
• Background in AI strategy and experience using AI tools beyond basic conversational assistants.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% based on client and business needs.
• Current U.S. work authorization as a citizen or Green Card holder.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $160,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Remote within the United States, with San Francisco, California as the primary location.
