Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a product-minded, customer-facing leader to own the customer lifecycle from deployment through expansion for a B2B AI voice automation startup in San Francisco.

In this hybrid role, you will manage relationships end to end, present ROI to decision-makers, work with product to convert feedback into capabilities, and help build the operating playbook as the function scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including direct customer-facing work.
• Experience in product management, solutions engineering, or strategy/management consulting with a customer focus.
• Strong product intuition and technical depth; able to understand concepts and basic debugging.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships end to end, learning their business needs and deploying AI voice agents.
• Present to customer decision-makers, communicate ROI, and demonstrate business impact with data.
• Investigate agent behavior, debug issues, customize flows, and address compliance requirements.
