Job summary

Invovia, an AI-native engineering services firm, seeks seasoned Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver hands-on, customer-embedded projects across North America and APAC. You will drive deployments, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and lead technical discussions with customers and internal teams.

You will translate complex requirements into actionable plans, leverage automation and AI tooling, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships under delivery and revenue pressure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or similar hands-on roles.
• Deep experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, SQL, and enterprise integrations.
• Collaborate as a peer with PMs and engineers, not a hand-off.
• Track record of managing multiple deployments under delivery pressure.
• Lead technical troubleshooting calls with customers and IT teams.
• Balance sales-cycle proof-of-value with production reliability post-deployment.
• Prioritize automation with AI and modern tooling to scale impact.
• Translate ambiguity into executable requirements and communicate insights to engineers and executives.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management under revenue pressure.
