Job summary

Open Systems Technologies is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to deliver voice AI solutions to enterprise clients and embed with their teams for production-ready systems.

You will bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders with strong communication, driving adoption and shaping our platform through customer insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Forward Deployed Engineer, AI Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role or 2+ years of Software Engineer or Founding Engineer experience.
• Excel at communication & explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Have delivered systems in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
• Understand LLM-powered systems and their impact on user experience.
• Proactively manage risks and maintain momentum under pressure.
