Accenture PLC is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer to work directly with clients, partners, and internal teams to design, prototype, deploy, and scale end-to-end AI solutions within enterprise systems.

The role demands strong engineering depth, clear communication, and a builder’s mindset, with travel up to 75% based on client needs. You will prototype AI-enabled workflows using platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, SAP, and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java) with 5 years’ experience integrating APIs and building distributed, production systems.
• 2+ years experience with modern AI/ML platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar foundation model providers.
• Workflow orchestration and agent frameworks experience.
• 5+ years translating high-level business needs into concrete technical designs and implementations in large enterprise-wide organizations or professional services.
• 5+ years enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, data platforms, etc.).
• 5+ years of client-facing communication and collaboration, including leading technical discussions or workshops.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand business problems, shape AI use cases, and define technical solutions from evolving requirements.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, integrating LLMs and AI services with enterprise platforms.
• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, and automations into real environments.
• Serve as the technical bridge between product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders for value alignment.
• Drive solution architecture including prompt design, API integrations, and enterprise knowledge integration.
• Own solutions from concept through prototype to production and iteration with accountability for outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for secure, scalable AI deployments.
