Toloka AI is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, the most senior client-facing technical role. You will partner directly with CTOs, VPs of Engineering and ML teams to translate ambitious model goals into scalable data solutions.

This is a hands-on role designing data-generation, labeling, and evaluation pipelines that power next‑gen AI models. You will lead multi‑stage pipelines, mentor Solution Engineers and Technical Consultants, and shape Toloka's approach to AI solution engineering.

Qualifications

• Executive communication with CTOs, VPs, and senior technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience designing complex AI data solutions including multi-stage pipelines.
• 8+ years delivering complex AI/ML or data projects end to end.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional technical initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Partner with CTOs and engineering leaders to translate goals into data and evaluation strategies.
• Design and build data-generation, labeling, and evaluation pipelines powering AI models.
• Own delivery end-to-end including timelines, quality, and commercial outcomes.
• Mentor Solution Engineers and Technical Consultants to raise the technical bar.
• Architect multi-stage end-to-end solutions and run experiments to prove data quality and speed.
