Job summary

Toloka AI is hiring for Technical Consultants to deliver tailored AI data solutions and serve as trusted technical advisors to customers. You will design data labeling pipelines, configure components, and run experiments to validate quality and cost.

You’ll work with Python, ML concepts, and modern tooling, communicating with both technical and executive stakeholders while collaborating with the commercial team.

Qualifications

• Experience owning projects end-to-end including scoping, delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Direct experience working with external customers on technical projects.
• Strong Python and ML/data science fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical contact for customers and translate needs into designs.
• Design end-to-end data solutions on Toloka’s platform and oversee delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, manage risks, and drive iterative improvements with teams.
