Job summary

Nutricost is seeking a highly skilled Senior Forklift Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain a diverse fleet of forklifts and material handling equipment. You will perform advanced diagnostics, repair electrical/hydraulic systems, and ensure OSHA safety standards are met across our Utah operations.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of hands-on forklift repair, knowledge of engines and drive systems, and the ability to read manuals and schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in automotive/diesel technology preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in forklift equipment repair.
• Strong knowledge of internal combustion engines, electric drive systems, hydraulics, and diagnostic tools.
• Certified Forklift Technician (CFT) or ASE certification highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift heavy parts up to 75 pounds and work in various environments.
