Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Foreperson or equivalent leadership role in utility vegetation management or related field operations.
• Minimum 12 months of hands-on experience in utility line clearance, vegetation management, or arboricultural operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple Forepersons and crews; enforce safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily vegetation management operations to meet production goals.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure OSHA/ANSI compliance across all crews.
• Monitor production metrics and ensure timely completion of work; maintain proper documentation.
