Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years as Foreperson or equivalent leadership role.
• Minimum of 12 months hands-on experience in utility vegetation management or arboricultural operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision for multiple Forepersons and their crews.
• Set clear safety, quality, productivity, and conduct expectations; hold Forepersons accountable.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Forepersons and crew members for skill growth and succession planning.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily vegetation management operations to optimize labor and equipment use.
• Monitor job progress, adjust resources as needed, and ensure timely completion of work.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping and documentation for production and billing.
• Lead safety tailboards, job briefings, and field safety observations.
