Job summary

Meaden & Moore seeks a Director-level professional with 12–15+ years in litigation support, forensic accounting, economic damages, and insurance claims to lead complex engagements. The role emphasizes client service, matter management, and mentoring junior staff while collaborating with experienced testifying experts and specialists.

You will oversee financial analyses across commercial disputes and insurance matters, develop damages models, and help drive practice growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 12 to 15+ years of relevant experience in litigation support, forensic accounting, economic damages, insurance claims, or business valuation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and client service skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the analysis of financial records, tax returns, payroll data, and documents.
• Quantify lost wages, earning capacity, and other damages.
• Review pleadings, discovery, and expert reports to identify key financial issues.
• Prepare expert and rebuttal reports, damages models, and demonstratives.
• Mentor and develop staff while managing multiple engagements.
