Job summary

Meaden & Moore is seeking a Director-level professional with 12 to 15+ years of experience in litigation support, forensic accounting, economic damages, and insurance claims to lead complex engagements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 12 to 15+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following: litigation support, forensic accounting, economic damages, insurance claims, business valuation, or public accounting with dispute-related experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and client service skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex findings to attorneys and clients.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing team members and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee analyses of financial records, tax returns, payroll data, and bank statements.
• Oversee preparation of expert and rebuttal reports, damages models, and demonstrative exhibits.
• Direct economic and financial analyses for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Oversee organization and analysis of large document productions and discovery responses.
• Develop, review, and refine complex financial models using Excel and other tools.
• Mentor staff and contribute to practice development and client service.
