Responsibilities

• Lead forensic field inspections and investigations of incidents related to property damage and construction defects.
• Prepare expert investigative reports with findings and remediation plans for senior management and clients.
• Coordinate with Directors and clients to meet utilization and revenue targets.
• Assist in business development and client presentations; travel regionally as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
