Job summary

CBIZ, Inc. is seeking an experienced Forensic and Litigation Associate to join the Client Services group. The role involves leading dispute engagements, performing forensic accounting investigations, and supporting business valuation engagements for corporate clients.

A CPA or credential pursuit is preferred, with 2+ years in the field and supervisory experience. You will manage client relationships, prepare expert reports and exhibits, and travel as required to meet client needs while upholding

Qualifications

• 2+ years of forensic accounting and/or litigation support experience
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• CPA designation or active pursuit of related credentials is preferred
• Master's degree in accounting or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workplans for dispute engagements, forensic accounting investigations, and business valuation engagements.
• Complete detailed calculations such as economic damages in complex litigation matters.
• Assist with client deliverables including presentations, expert witness reports and exhibits.
• Assist with managing client relationships, including serving as a primary point of contact.
• Maintain professional standards and client confidentiality across engagements.
• Travel as needed based on client and business needs
