Critical Peake Services is seeking a Senior Foreman Electrician to lead our electrical division in the Eastern Shore region, covering Frankford, Delaware. You will supervise field operations, mentor crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires extensive experience in commercial installations and strong knowledge of residential and multifamily housing projects, with a focus on quality workmanship and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of electrical experience with leadership experience.
• Experience in commercial, multifamily, and residential projects.
• Delaware Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for large-scale projects.
• Lead journeymen, apprentices, and helpers; assign schedules.
• Install, repair, and troubleshoot electrical systems per blueprints.
• Ensure NEC and Delaware regulations compliance.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and enforce safety policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients.
• Manage materials, inventory, and tools to avoid delays.
