Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking a Foreman to direct aggregate operations at a facility, overseeing safety, environmental, maintenance, and quality to produce a high-quality product. The role leads a tenured team and coordinates daily, weekly, or monthly production plans to meet targets.

The Foreman will train hourly staff, drive process improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a heavy industrial setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years related experience

Responsibilities

• Supervises hourly production employees
• Ensures safety and health policies are followed
• Complies with environmental programs, guidelines and policies
• Provides training to the hourly workforce
• Fosters positive teamwork
• Responsible for the planning and scheduling of plant activities on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to reach production targets
• Provides input to process improvements
• May participate in project or planning activities that go beyond day-to-day supervision of the team
