Job summary

AbbVie in Irvine is seeking a senior finance professional to lead US Toxins forecasting and revenue planning. You will drive model development, analyze drivers, and deliver clear narratives for leadership reviews.

The role requires collaboration with marketing, sales, finance, and operations to support launch planning and financial forecasting. Responsibilities include coordinating LBEs, Plan, LRP, ADS and S&OP forecasts, preparing reports for earnings calls, and developing robust scenario

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
• 8 years combined experience in Commercial Finance, revenue forecasting, financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, auditing and financial reporting.
• Forecasting experience in pharmaceutical or consumer industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Demand and Revenue forecasting process for US Toxins and related assets.
• Develop and refine forecasting models, ensuring alignment with timelines and goals.
• Craft narratives to support strategic decisions and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Identify insights from data analysis, highlighting trends, opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance and Operations to populate forecasts and analyses.
• Develop revenue targets in coordination with the Incentive Compensation team.
