Job summary

The role requires strong financial and analytical skills, collaboration across Commercial, Finance, and Operations, and experience with SAP, BPC, PowerBI, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 8 years combined experience in Commercial Finance and FP&A.
• Forecasting and pharmaceutical/consumer industry experience preferred.
• Strong financial, analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with SAP, PowerBI, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Demand and Revenue forecasting process for US Toxins and related models.
• Develop and enhance forecasting models to meet timelines and strategic goals.
• Craft clear narratives to support strategic decision-making with compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and integrate actuals into forecasting models.
• Prepare reports for earnings calls and external communications.
• Drive continuous process improvements in forecasting.
