Alfasigma US, a global healthcare innovator, seeks a Senior Manager, Forecasting for its Rare Disease team (Intercept subsidiary) in Morristown, NJ. This hybrid role requires onsite 3–4 days per week as we grow our US franchise.

You will own inline and pipeline demand forecasting, partner with Commercial Analytics, Sales, Market Access and Finance, and drive forecast accuracy, model governance, and post-launch performance tracking.

Qualifikationen

• Forecasting experience required; launch forecasting for specialty products preferred.
• 6+ years in biotech/pharma sector or related consulting.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Hands-on with patient-level and syndicated data.
• Deep knowledge of biotech/pharma market trends and vendors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Learning agility to take on increasing responsibility.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Commercial Analytics, Sales, Market Access, Marketing, and Finance to align forecasts.
• Build a transparent, documented forecast process linked to owners.
• Track forecast accuracy and drive process improvements.
• Communicate forecast outputs, risks, and drivers to senior leadership.
• Support launch activities with post-launch performance tracking.
• Develop Market Access forecasting analyses and ROI tracking.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for leadership and act as forecasting SME.
• Coordinate with Legal and Compliance on governance.
• Ensure forecasting data and analyses comply with legal and privacy rules.
