Kardigan, a heart health company in Evanston, IL, is hiring a Manager, Forecasting to turn data into insights guiding strategic decisions across the portfolio. You will own how patient and revenue forecasts are built, synthesized and communicated.

This role partners with Insights & Analytics and multiple functions to gather data from market research, patients, physicians and payers. It requires analytical rigor, business acumen, and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical operations to support

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience in forecasting, modeling and business analytics in healthcare.
• Ability to synthesize data for executives.

Mansioni

• Lead forecasting across the portfolio and build projection models.
• Collaborate with Finance and Portfolio Strategy for long-range plans.
• Ad hoc forecasting for board meetings and investor discussions.
• Forecast revenue opportunities for prospective assets.
• Evaluate competitor results and market dynamics to adjust forecasts.
• Own forecast governance and improve accuracy.
• Analyze secondary data and market research to characterize patient populations.
• Build patient-flow and scenario models and run sensitivity analyses.
• Track pricing, payer behavior, and market access inputs.
• Provide demand and volume forecasts for launch readiness.
• Identify unmet needs to inform portfolio prioritization.
• Present forecasts to leadership; mentor junior analysts.
