Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years in data science, analytics, BI, forecasting, or related.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience building ML models and advanced analytics solutions.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Experience with large datasets from multiple sources.
• Healthcare, life sciences, plasma collection, or regulated industries preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI-driven solutions to support key business objectives.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Build forecasting and scenario-planning models to support donor flow and capacity planning.
• Create and automate dashboards, reports, KPIs, and visualizations for data-driven decisions.
• Design, execute, and evaluate experiments and A/B tests to measure program effectiveness.
• Develop predictive and segmentation models to improve donor acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to solve business challenges using data and analytics.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
