Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Forecast Planning Senior Analyst to analyze historical data, market trends, and customer demand to develop accurate forecasts and optimize inventory. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to meet customer needs while minimizing costs and stockouts.

Responsibilities include building forecasts using statistical methods, monitoring trends, and driving process improvements across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, SCM, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or inventory analytics.
• Strong forecasting methodologies and inventory management knowledge.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and international market owners on promotions and new launches.
• Work with supply chain to optimize inventory while minimizing cost and waste.
• Provide regular reports on demand trends, forecast accuracy, and inventory levels.
• Develop and maintain forecasts for assigned products using statistical models.
• Monitor sales trends, market conditions, and customer behavior for risks and opportunities.
• Continuously improve demand planning processes and systems.
• Build relationships with international teams.
• Achieve consensus across business and demand chains.
• Provide data and reporting for new product forecasting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
