Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital in Beaverton, OR, is seeking an experienced Senior Footwear Designer with graphic design expertise for a 3‑month leave‑coverage assignment spanning Kids and Core Footwear lines.

You will lead end-to-end design, collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop graphic applications, create color/material narratives, and deliver production‑ready artwork. Prototyping and 3D tools experience is a plus.

Qualifications

8+ years of footwear design experience with graphic design skills.
Experience designing performance or lifestyle footwear with athletic/basketball brands.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Miro.
Strong typography and color theory for footwear visual systems.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end footwear and graphic design development from concept to execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional design teams to define seasonal direction.
Develop graphic applications, color/material narratives for footwear silhouettes.
Deliver production-ready artwork and technical specs to development partners.
Present concepts clearly in design reviews with leadership and partner teams.
