Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional footwear design experience with graphic design expertise.
• Experience designing performance or lifestyle footwear in athletic ecosystems is required.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator and collaboration tools is essential.
• Portfolio demonstrating footwear ideation, technical execution and graphic systems required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end footwear and graphic design development from concept to execution.
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to shape seasonal design direction.
• Develop graphic systems, color narratives and material storytelling for silhouettes.
• Manage multiple deliverables across shifting timelines while honoring briefs.
• Deliver production-ready artwork and spec packs to development partners.
• Present concepts clearly in design reviews with leadership and partners.
