Cella by Randstad Digital in Beaverton, OR, is seeking an experienced Senior Footwear Designer with graphic design expertise for a 3‑month leave‑coverage assignment spanning Kids and Core Footwear lines.

You will lead end-to-end design, collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop graphic applications, create color/material narratives, and deliver production‑ready artwork. Prototyping and 3D tools experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of footwear design experience with graphic design skills.
• Experience designing performance or lifestyle footwear with athletic/basketball brands.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Miro.
• Strong typography and color theory for footwear visual systems.

Job description

Location: Hybrid in Beaverton, OR (onsite M-Th, remote F)Duration: 3-month contractCompensation Range: $61-64.00/hrCella is seeking an experienced Senior Footwear Designer with specialized graphic design expertise to support a premier athletic and lifestyle footwear brand for a temporary leave-coverage assignment. This role operates across both Kids and Core Footwear product lines. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end footwear and graphic design development, from initial concept generation and storytelling through design specification and final execution.Collaborate daily with cross-functional footwear design teammates and design leadership to build cohesive seasonal design direction.Develop graphic applications, visual systems, and color/material narratives tailored specifically for footwear product silhouettes.Manage multiple design deliverables simultaneously across shifting timelines and varying levels of project complexity while adhering to product briefs.Deliver technical specification packages and production-ready artwork to development partners, ensuring design intent is maintained through manufacturing.Actively participate in design reviews and presentations, communicating creative concepts clearly and proactively across leadership and partner teams.
