Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a Sales Account Manager in Utah to grow relationships with distributors and K-12 operators.

You will report to the Team Lead, build trusted partnerships, negotiate pricing, and drive volume and mix targets. This role requires five years of outside sales in food service or distribution, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five+ years outside sales experience in Food Service, Food Service Manufacturing, or Distributor Sales.
• Strategic thinking, planning, negotiation, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Event planning execution and computer skills with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with distributor and K-12 operator accounts.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet mix and volume targets.
• Coordinate marketing programs and support trade shows and events.
• Manage CRM data and liaise with cross-functional teams to grow business.
