Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Senior Food Supervisor at the St. David's Round Rock Medical Center in Round Rock, TX. This full-time on-site role oversees daily food service operations, coordinates duties across multiple dining venues, and ensures quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and the ability to create a safe, productive work environment.
• Willingness to train and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food service operations on-site under management direction.

Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours, and rotating weekends. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $25.00 per hour - $26.50 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Food Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

• 2 or more years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
