Job summary

Sodexo Group in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Senior Food Supervisor at St. David's Round Rock Medical Center to oversee on-site food operations, including fast casual, cafeterias, and events, under management direction.

The role coordinates routine work of service employees, ensures safety, and supports training and orientation, with rotating shifts and weekend coverage. You will work with clients to maintain quality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable; fosters a healthy and safe working environment.
• At least 2 years of related work experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees.

Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours, and rotating weekends. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $25.00 - $26.50

What You’ll Do: As a Senior Food Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provide oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

• 2 or more years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
