Sodexo at UT HEALTH SAN ANTONIO MULTISPECIALTY & RESEARCH HOSP is seeking a Food Supervisor on a full-time rotation shift to oversee on-site food operations and supervise service staff across multiple dining venues and events.

You will coordinate daily activities under management direction, ensure safety, and drive quality and customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes teamwork, training, and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualificações

• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
• 1 or more years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Pay Range: $22.00 per hour - $22.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Food Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.
