Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a leadership-focused operations executive in Nashville to oversee daily food service operations. You will guide and develop your team, manage financial performance, and build strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service and sustained success.

In this role you will influence across departments, set direction, and deploy resources to meet performance targets while championing customer care and nutrition excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years management experience in food service or similar.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food service operations to ensure quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team; coach, motivate and evaluate staff.
• Manage budgets and financial performance, drive cost control and accountability.
