Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and manage food production in a secure facility.
• Supervise staff and incarcerated workers, ensuring safety, sanitation and compliance.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress to maintain client satisfaction.
• Manage P&L statements and work to meet financial targets and improve margins.
• Train and develop team members using Aramark's coaching model; ensure performance meets objectives.
• Ensure a safe, healthy environment and adherence to policies, laws, and regulations.
• Coordinate front-of-house dining operations and overall service delivery.
