Job summary

At Sodexo Group in Arlington, VA, the Executive Chef 2 will lead culinary operations across café, catering, and conference dining, delivering innovative menus and exceptional guest experiences in a corporate setting.

You will manage a team of 1 manager and 6 union employees, oversee catering, inventory, and food/labor costs, and build strong client relationships while driving events and service quality.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 1–3 years of management experience.
• 1–3 years of related foodservice/culinary experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team across catering, events, and operations.
• Standardize operations and drive culinary excellence.
• Develop innovative menus aligned with client needs and dietary standards.
