Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Director at Staton Correctional Center to oversee daily kitchen production, ensure safe, compliant meal service for inmates, and manage staff and incarcerated workers within a secure facility.

You will drive nutrition-compliant menus, control costs, lead operations, and maintain strict safety standards while coordinating with clients to deliver reliable food service, achieving program goals and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of experience.
• Requires at least 1-3 years of experience in a management role.
• Requires previous experience in food service.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships.
