Job summary

CJ Schwan's is hiring a Sr. Food Safety Quality Technician for 1st shift at our Ohio facility. You will monitor HACCP/GMP compliance, generate product specification reports, manage SAP transactions to place holds or releases, and verify product quality to support product integrity.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years in food safety or QA, and familiarity with SAP and InfinityQS. We offer strong benefits and several company-paid programs.

Qualifications

• Understanding of HACCP applied to plant operations.
• Ability to investigate and document food safety incidents.
• Experience with quality data reporting and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce HACCP and GMP compliance; report deviations.
• Generate and manage product specification reports and SAP holds/releases.
• Verify product quality and conduct traceability to ensure integrity.
• Investigate incidents and document corrective actions and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for sampling and analysis.
