Job summary

Mastronardi Produce in Kentucky is seeking a Quality & Food Safety Manager to lead our QA, safety, and HACCP/GMP compliance programs across the greenhouse operations. You will oversee audits (SQF, HACCP, OSHA), train sanitation staff, manage multiple production teams, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with the General Manager.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in food production with a college degree, HACCP and SQF certifications, and proven leadership in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 4 years food production experience or college degree with 3 years of relative industry experience.
• HACCP, SQF Certifications, Grower Safety Training Certifications required.
• 3 Years’ experience of managing a team of 3 or more.
• Industry knowledge of HACCP & GMP and OSHA, EPA guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple production teams under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Help build a proactive safety culture across plant operations.
• Perform audits against SQF, HACCP, OSHA and related programs.
• Oversee all customer and regulatory auditors including government and 3rd parties.
• Lead HACCP/GMP compliance efforts with the General Manager.
• Train and supervise Sanitation staff and maintain SOPs.
