Bobak Sausage Company seeks a Food Safety Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA team and manage HACCP, SSOP, and SQF programs, ensuring compliance with government regulations and customer requirements. This role supervises QA staff and interfaces with operations to maintain product quality and safety.

The successful candidate will oversee lab operations, sanitation, safety, testing, and training, while developing data systems and cost-effective QC processes across the facility.

Formación

• B.S. degree with 5+ years in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data, regulations, and write reports.
• Strong mathematical and statistical understanding for quality measurements.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain HACCP and SSOP programs with documentation and reviews.
• Lead QA team, supervise inspectors and lab staff; ensure compliance.
• Manage QA labs: sanitation, safety, testing, and training.
• Develop data collection and analysis systems for quality metrics.
• Implement methods for inspection, testing, and evaluating products.
