Hansen Argi-PLACEMENT represents an established food processor seeking a Plant Manager. You will direct manufacturing and maintenance operations, ensuring production objectives are met at the lowest cost while maintaining quality.

Leading department heads, you will manage budgets, drive cost reductions, and support safety, quality, and environmental programs across the plant. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum seven years of progressive manufacturing experience, preferably in food industry.
• Strong leadership and financial analytical skills with cost control.

Responsabilités

• Direct manufacturing and maintenance operations to meet production objectives at lowest cost while upholding quality standards.
• Coordinate purchasing, production, and shipping with department heads; manage budgets and cost reductions.
• Establish accountability across departments for problem-solving and cost control; address employee relations issues.
• Improve safety, housekeeping, and environmental practices; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
