Sodexo at the University of Cincinnati Main Campus seeks a Senior Food Supervisor to oversee on-site food service operations across fast casual, cafeterias, events, and cafes. You will coordinate routine activities of service staff, ensuring quality service and a safe work environment.

Open availability for varying shifts is preferred and training will be provided. Responsibilities include supporting management daily, training staff, resolving customer issues, and ensuring compliance with safety

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to coordinate routine work activities of service employees in food operations.
• Assist in maintaining a safe working environment for all staff.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality and service.
