Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Food Supervisor at the University of Cincinnati campus to oversee on-site food operations across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events, casual dining and cafes. The role requires coordinating staff, maintaining safety, and ensuring high service standards.

The candidate will lead shift activities, train employees, resolve customer issues, and support management in daily functions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Valid drivers license required

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight of service staff and food operations
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees
• Coordinate orientation and training of staff
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction with quality and service
• Attend and be punctual for scheduled shifts
