Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Senior Food Supervisor at University location in West Hartford, CT. You will oversee service employees across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events and casual dining, ensuring quality, safety, and guest satisfaction on site.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience with supervisory responsibilities; you’ll coordinate daily activities, train staff, and partner with management to deliver excellent food service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to coordinate routine work activities of service employees in food operations.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
