Equipment Management Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the production team, and ensure safe, timely, high-quality output. The role emphasizes meeting safety, quality, and productivity goals across site operations.

You will develop production plans, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with procurement, engineering, and QA to keep manufacturing running smoothly. Strong Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities at once.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget, with modification jobs delivered without service failure.
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet company objectives.
• Supervise and lead the production team, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and efficient, and keep staffing matched to the work available.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control regulations, and company policies, including toolbox talks, incident reporting, and equipment checks.
• Enforce inspection and rework standards so jobs pass the first time, and investigate and document the fix for any service failure.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and quality assurance, to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain and improve production equipment and machinery to reduce downtime.
• Manage parts and materials inventory to keep sufficient stock for scheduled jobs, and flag shortages early.
• Identify and resolve production issues, including bottlenecks, quality issues, and equipment failures.
• Analyze production data and report on performance, efficiency, costs, job status, labor hours, and billings.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean or Six Sigma practices.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to track production performance.
